Where EduCASyon
Began.
EduCASyon, which stands for Education in Computerized Accounting System, was founded with a clear and purposeful vision: to equip Filipino youth with a deeper understanding of how financial processes work through the use of modern, technology-driven systems.
The initiative was born out of a growing need to address key gaps in education—particularly the lack of exposure to real-world systems used in business and finance. EduCASyon recognized that while foundational concepts are taught in schools, they often fall short in bridging the gap between theory and the actual application of financial processes using computerized systems. As a result, many young people understand concepts in principle but lack clarity on how these are executed in real-life environments.
In response, EduCASyon was established as both a learning platform and a movement. It focuses on translating theoretical knowledge into practical understanding by allowing learners to experience how transactions, records, and financial workflows are processed within computerized systems. This approach makes complex concepts more tangible, structured, and easier to grasp.
From its early stages, EduCASyon has aimed to make learning more relevant, engaging, and aligned with real-world practices. By integrating technology into education, it enables students to gain not just knowledge, but insight into actual processes used in businesses and organizations today.

Our courses are open to Senior High School students (ABM, STEM, GAS strands), college students taking Accountancy, Management Accounting, or Business-related programs, and working professionals looking to upgrade their skills. No prior accounting software experience required.
Courses range from 30 to 60 hours depending on the program. Most accounting software courses run 40 hours (roughly 4–6 weeks at 2 sessions per week), while advanced enterprise programs run up to 60 hours. Intensive weekend formats are also available.
Yes. Our certificates are aligned with the highest competency and compliance standards, which are recognized by most accounting firms, the Bureau of Internal Revenue, public and private corporations in the Philippines. We also issue digital certificates verifiable via QR code.
We exclusively offer face-to-face classes at our partner institutions, schools, and universities. To maximize the learning experience, we do not offer Zoom or online-only learning. All sessions are conducted in person to ensure hands-on, high-quality instruction.
Fees vary per course and program level. Bundle packages are available at discounted rates. We offer installment payment options and a 10% discount for students who enroll in 2 or more courses simultaneously. Contact us for the latest pricing.
Absolutely. We hold free 1-hour demo sessions every Saturday at 10:00 AM (both in-person and online). You can register through our Enrollment page or message us on Facebook. No commitment required.
You need a laptop or desktop computer (Windows 10 or later recommended). Since all classes are conducted face-to-face at our partner institutions, the necessary lab equipment and licensed software access are provided on-site for the duration of your enrollment at no extra charge.
